Costa de Valencia Spanish Exam of the German

If you want to prepare for your Spanish exam of the German "Abitur", now is the perfect time to do it. Costa de Valencia, escuela de español offers special preparation courses for this type of Spanish exams.

The Abitur Spanish Preparation Course consists of an Intensive Course 20 and 10 individual lessons that specifically prepare you for the exam. This combination of general Spanish and specific lessons is the best preparation for the official Spanish exam. The theoretical content is worked through in a practical way and combined with the specific content of the exam in a varied form.

Costa de Valencia is an Instituto Cervantes accredited centre for the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. We are also an enrolment and preparation centre for the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) exams, as well as a centre for the CCSE exam to obtain Spanish citizenship and an enrolment and preparation centre for the SIELE certificate (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española). Also an examination and preparation centre for the official certificates and diplomas of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. For all these certificates you can prepare, register and take the exam in our centre.

What does the Intensive Course 20 and the private lessons consist of?
Every week, from Monday to Friday, there are four 50-minute lessons of general Spnaish in groups. We offer morning classes (from 10.00 to 13.30) or afternoon classes (from 16.00 to 19.30). In addition, 10 hours of one-to-one tuition per week, 60 minutes long, usually from 1.45pm to 3.45pm, although this may vary depending on the time of year and number of students.
Intensive Course 20 has a maximum of 8 students per class; the average is 3-4 students per class.
We teach every level of language, from basic A1 to expert C2. Before the course starts, we offer a free placement test with a written part (multiple choice test, a short essay) and an oral part.

When does it start and how long does it last?
The minimum duration is one week, the maximum duration depends on each participant but is usually 2-4 weeks.
We start new courses every Monday of the year, unless the Monday falls on a public holiday. There are no classes on public holidays, but classes are made up in the same week.

What materials do we use to learn?
The manuals and supplementary worksheets that are part of the working material in the group lessons have been designed and created by our teachers. As for the individual lessons, they are adapted to the needs of the individual student, depending on the contents of the exam that is being taken. It is extremely important to inform us in advance of the topics and contents of the Abitur examination so that our teacher can prepare accordingly.
All course material is included in the price.

What else does the course include?
Should difficulties arise during the course, a teacher tutor from the school is on hand to guide and help solve these problems. The usual timetable for the tutorials is from Tuesday to Friday from 13.30 to 14.00 or from 15.30 to 16.00, but the timetable can easily be adapted to suit individual needs.
Upon completion of Intensive Course 20, we issue a certificate of attendance indicating the level and type of course attended, the total number of hours worked during the stay (divided into classroom hours, independent work and participation in socio-cultural activities) and the content covered.
To complete the experience, we recommend participating in our socio-cultural activities and staying with a Spanish family to practice the skills learned and get to know the daily life of the country. We are happy to help you find suitable accommodation with a family.
